Inclusive Festival “Mölkky 4 All”

An inclusive celebration of friendship, collaboration, and inclusion on Tinos.

From October 16th to 19th, 2025, the “Inclusive Mölkky 4 All” festival was successfully held on the island of Tinos.
The event was organized by the Panhellenic Association of Friends of Children with Disabilities “SOS KIDS LAMPSE,” the Hellenic Powerlifting Federation (HPA), and the Shine Sports Club, in collaboration with the Parents and Guardians Association of Tinos Primary School No. 3, under the auspices of the International Inclusive Committee.

Students from grades 4, 5, and 6 of Tinos Primary School No. 3 had the opportunity to play, collaborate, and have fun with people with intellectual disabilities in an environment filled with joy, acceptance, and mutual respect. Everyone became one team, regardless of labels and differences, sharing experiences, smiling, and creating unforgettable friendships.

The initiative’s main goal was to create an environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities, felt like an active and equal member of the group. The festival promoted the idea that diversity is strength, collaboration bridges differences, and inclusivity can become a way of life. The Finnish game Mölkky, with its simple, participatory rules, proved ideal for fostering teamwork, communication, and the joy of non-competitive play.

The atmosphere was emotional and festive: children and people with disabilities played, collaborated, and supported each other, showing that when we’re all together, no one is left behind.

Following the cancellation of the Games in Jakarta, Indonesia, the World Abilitysport Games 2025

Following the cancellation of the Games in Jakarta, Indonesia, the World Abilitysport Games 2025 will be held from 17 to 24 November 2025 in Nakhongratchasima, Thailand. The programme will include competitions in para-athletics, para-fencing and para-shooting.

The 80th Anniversary Stadium will host the Para-shooting Grand Prix, which will also include international classification events. World Para-fencing will be held in the Congress Centre of the complex.

World Abilitysport President Rudi Van den Abbeele said: “We are delighted to be returning to Nakongratchasima, a city that holds wonderful memories of successful competitions and well-deserved medals for our members and their athletes.” Registration for the Games will open on 26 August and close on 7 October.

Sport without borders: creating the future together!

The International Inclusive Committee proudly continues its charitable mission to develop and popularize adaptive and inclusive sports in Russia and around the world!

We believe that sports are a powerful force that unites people and opens up unlimited opportunities for everyone.

That is why we have launched a large-scale charitable project to equip regions of the Russian Federation with modern inclusive sports grounds and unique complexes for passing adaptive GTO standards.

In August, the first sites will appear in Lugansk (LPR) and Grozny (Chechen Republic). But we are not stopping there! Following them, modern sports complexes will be installed and transferred to Volgograd, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Buryatia and many other corners of our vast country.

Our project in the capital of the Chechen Republic is acquiring a new, even deeper meaning. An entire park zone will be created next to the modern inclusive site – not just a place for relaxation, but a tribute to eternal memory and respect.
In this park, where majestic red-leaved maples will be planted, the memory of the heroes of the Chechen Republic who fought for Russia will be perpetuated.

Thus, the strength of the spirit of the past and the desire for new victories in the future will meet on one land. This will be a place where the memory of the exploits of ancestors inspires the younger generation to accomplishments, and nature gives harmony and peace.

Each such site is not just a sports facility. It is a place of power, a symbol of equality, a territory of new victories and proof that there are no barriers for the strength of spirit.

CHARITY AUCTION TO SUPPORT SPECIAL CHAMPIONS

Joining forces for a great goal: the launch of the charity auction “Impulse”!

The International Inclusive Committee officially announces the launch of the largest charity auction, organized in partnership with outstanding Russian and international athletes and leading football clubs. Legends stood shoulder to shoulder with us – leading Russian and international athletes, famous football clubs, those whose names thunder in stadiums around the world. All of them provided various lots with their autograph.

Our mission is to provide equal opportunities for everyone who sees sport as their life and calling. The goal of this auction is to raise funds to organize a trip to the III International Festival of Adaptive Sports “Impulse” for athletes from orphanages and boarding schools for people with disabilities.
In hundreds of orphanages and boarding schools across the country, there are children with disabilities whose hearts beat to the rhythm of sports. They train with incredible, breathtaking persistence. Their eyes glow with the same unquenchable passion for victory as professional stars. They know the value of every training session, every small victory over themselves.

Alexander Smirnov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Thani

President of the International Inclusive Committee Alexander Smirnov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Thani. A productive and inspiring bilateral meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Thani, took place on the sidelines of the Caucasus Investment Forum in Mineralnye Vody.

The parties focused on the prospects for developing bilateral strategic and investment cooperation between the International Inclusive Committee and the State of Qatar. The parties discussed in detail a number of initiatives aimed at promoting inclusion, supporting adaptive sports and implementing joint social and charitable projects.

It is gratifying to note that the views of the parties largely coincide: the parties strive to create a sustainable international platform that will help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, will contribute to the establishment of the principles of equality and inclusion in society. The parties outlined specific steps to exchange experience in creating an inclusive environment, organizing joint sports events (including inviting the Qatari delegation to the International Adaptive Sports Festival “IMPULSE” to be held in Sochi, Russia, in 2026! and the possible holding of the “Impulse” festival in Qatar in 2027 or 2028), and also considered the possibility of establishing a joint charitable foundation to implement and support social and charitable projects, develop and build sports infrastructure not only in Russia and Qatar but also in other countries of the world.

This meeting is a significant step towards strengthening humanitarian ties between Russia and Qatar. Alexander Smirnov is confident that mutually beneficial cooperation will bring real benefits and open new horizons for many people! There is a lot of work ahead, but a start has been made, and it inspires great optimism!
