🌏 The III International Inclusive Sports Festival “IMPULSE” — the International Inclusive Games 2026 — concluded in picturesque Sochi. This large-scale event brought together athletes with disabilities from around the world, demonstrating incredible willpower, competitive spirit, and a desire to win.
Over the course of the festival, more than 900 medal events were awarded in 20 sports and over 90 different disciplines.
🇷🇺Russia’s Triumph and International Rivalry
Competition Results:
- Russia confidently took first place overall, confirming its status as a leader in adaptive sports. Russian athletes won the most medals, demonstrating the highest level of preparation and team spirit.
- Tajikistan, which traditionally demonstrates strong results in its disciplines, took second place, taking silver. Belarus took 3rd place, beating out more experienced rivals thanks to the impressive performances of its athletes.
Next in the medal table were:
4th place – Uzbekistan;
5th place – Armenia;
6th place – Abkhazia.
Delegations from more than 20 countries applied to participate in the festival, making IMPULSE 2026 a truly international sporting celebration.
🎥The IMPULSE festival was inclusive. Spectators attended, and international and national media broadcast and reported. Millions of people saw and heard about the event. The festival is not only about medals, but also about overcoming challenges.
