We are very pleased to announce the start of accepting preliminary applications for the largest event that will bring together more than 1,000 athletes with disabilities and disabilities, as well as over 200 participants in the special military operation (SMO).

Participants and spectators will enjoy a solemn, bright and cheerful opening ceremony. The program includes a concert of Russian pop stars, greetings from specially invited guests, as well as various prizes and gifts. This will be an unforgettable start to the festival of sports and inclusion.
-The largest mass passing of adaptive GTO standards in Russia.

We have prepared a rich program that will cover more than 20 types of adaptive and inclusive sports, including such disciplines as: Adaptive taekwondo. Adaptive football. Boccia. Boccia. Roller sledge hockey. Adaptive arm wrestling. Pair and adaptive karate, Table tennis, Adaptive judo, Adaptive sambo, Adaptive wheelchair fencing. Board games, Checkers, Chess, Basketball 3*, Cheer sport, Football in electric wheelchairs and other sports. Athletes will be able to show their outstanding achievements and share the spirit of competition in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

The festival will be held in Chelyabinsk, from April 4 to 6, 2025, at three venues simultaneously, which will ensure the maximum number of participants and spectators. We are ready to create conditions for the comfortable participation of each athlete, regardless of their physical abilities.

IMPULSE 2024
The First All-Russian Festival of Adaptive Sports “IMPULSE” was held
On March 30, 2024, the First All-Russian Festival of Adaptive Sports, “Impulse”, was held in Chelyabinsk, organized by the “International Inclusive Committee”, in the building of the Ural State University of Physical Education. The event was held with the participation of the “Agency for Strategic Initiatives” – the “Open for All” project.
The title sponsor of the festival is the most charitable program of Russia “FONBET” DobroFON DobroFON. Information support was provided by the MATCH.TV channel and the state program “National Projects of Russia”.
The All-Russian Festival of Adaptive Sports “Impulse” has become the largest sports event of mass adaptive sports in Russia, the festival will be annual and will be held twice a year, in summer and winter sports.
The event started brightly with a parade of participants from 25 regions, who presented the following sports: Taekwondo, Para-Karate, Darts, Boccia, Boccia, Arm Wrestling, Cheerleading, Football, Table Tennis, Adaptive Board Games. The opening ceremony was started by the fiery support group of the Dynamo-Metar volleyball club. It can already be said that this is the most significant event in the field of adaptive sports in Russia, where each participant could demonstrate their physical abilities and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the holiday.
Participation in the event is completely free for everyone.

In total, more than 180 sets of awards and 30 cubes for different team places were raffled off, the athletes were awarded by honorary guests Mushikhin Pavel Sergeevich, Ustinov Aleksandr Petrovich and Kupina Valeria Andreevna, representatives of the company “FONBET”.
The festival was held within the framework of the project “Sport is the norm of life”.
All athletes received food packages provided by the partner of the company “Vkus Vill” VkusVill. Here healthy tasty, in the food package (water, juice, two bars, wafers and cookies)
