The International Inclusive Committee continues its important charitable mission to develop adaptive and inclusive sports, create accessible environments, and expand opportunities for people with disabilities, veterans, and all those who need support on their path to an active and fulfilling life.
On May 21, 2026, the city of Luhansk (LPR) celebrated the grand opening of the first modern inclusive sports ground, created as part of a charitable program to equip regions of the Russian Federation with modern sports facilities for the development of physical education, adaptive sports, and rehabilitation.
The new ground features over 20 modern, inclusive exercise machines and the necessary equipment, making adaptive sports accessible, safe, and comfortable for people with varying abilities.
This project is of particular importance. It aims not only to develop sports infrastructure but also to create an environment in which everyone can feel confident, improve their health, unlock their potential, and take a step toward new personal achievements.
Sport unites, inspires, and helps overcome barriers. For some, it’s a path to recovery and rehabilitation; for others, it’s an opportunity to connect, socialize, and strengthen their spirit and self-confidence. Each such venue becomes a true place of strength, a space of equal opportunity, and a symbol that limitations shouldn’t be an obstacle to an active life.
