In general, the emotional context of the Catherine Forum, addressing its foreign participants, was very accurately conveyed by the Director of the Department of Information and Press of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova: “I know that you cannot thank for love, but with all my heart I want to do it!
